Summary

• pull in the stable build.sh lifecycle handling from development_c
• normalize batch preview /api/generate options so HDFS and object storage previews match generated DDL
• re-apply storage and EXT field constraints during batch editor refresh

Verification

• python3 -m compileall app
• bash -n bin/build.sh
• verified HDFS and object storage option normalization paths
